My Healthy Habits & Tips

I like to incorporate little muscle engaging things like standing on one leg while washing dishes, doing squats while putting on my makeup & calf raises when I'm sitting..... in my daily household activities!
I always pack my lunch if I am going to be anywhere for a long time since I eat so often. Like say..... shopping in Memphis or have a healthy snack in my glove box. When I don't, I'll stop somewhere I KNOW I can get something healthy! Like, a REAL STORE! Not a convenent store or fast food joint. Like, I will go in Walgreens & get dry roasted almonds or a store that has other health options.
I really read nutrition labels! Like, not just at the store (but especially there!) but when I am out at other places I want to know what's in stuff even if I'm not eating it! I'll google it to find the answers! I am seriously obsesses w nutritional content! LOL!
I share my healthy habits w my furry friends, Lily & Gypsy! Like, when I peel & cut an apple, they get the skins or when I eat carrots or broccoli i give em a nosh or 3! Hey, I want everyone I love to be healthy!
I never eat fast food! like, ever!
I take a baby aspirin an hour before i workout to increase blood flow to my muscles.
I have a 52 oz water keg that I refill & finish almost 3 times every day! I ALWAYS have something to drink!
