My first blog!!!

This is my new 31 gym bag!! I love it!! It has all these great compartments on the outside that are perfect for all my gym necessities like my super fly hot pink Swarovski crystal studded weight lifting gloves (oh yea!), my iPod shuffle & earbuds, my workout cards, a bottle of water or anything else I need to be able to grab in a hurry without having to dig through my bag! Because we all know..... Gym time is precious!!
I actually haven't worked out since Monday! Yikes right?! Yea, it's always kinda scary to take a break but when you train hard it's actually good to hone your body a rest ever 6 or 8 weeks or so. And I wanted to get my blog up & going & start a new routine so this week just seemed to be a good time for a gym rest! I am going to be looking into a new training routine this weekend that I can hit hard head this Monday!! I'm excited!! I may do the Jamie Eason 12 week trainer but I'm not sure yet. I am looking to put in some muscle without gaining the weight. I'm also going to be making the tweaks in my diet that I'll need like eating more (this is always scary!) & making sure to log the nutritional content of every bite I eat!! I have been faithfully using my fitness pal app lately though & its made keeping track of my food & exercises so much easier!! So, in conclusion, let me just say that I am really ready to get started on the next fit week ahead!!
